Bertrand DESSIRIER has extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as Directeur de la Stratégie Patrimoniale and Directeur Gestion Immobilière Secteurs at Vilogia since January 2007, where responsibilities include managing real estate across major metropolitan areas such as Nantes, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, and Strasbourg/Nancy. Prior to this role, Bertrand established Vilogia's Nantes agency in 2007 and held positions including Chargé d'opération at CMH, overseeing social housing projects, and Chef de groupe commercial at NORPAC, responsible for new housing sales in the Nord department. Bertrand began the professional journey as Chef de groupe travaux at QUILLE. Education includes an Executive M.B.A. from Audencia and an engineering degree in industrial engineering from HEI - Hautes Etudes d'Ingénieur.
