Kevin Paul has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. In 2019, they completed a one-month internship at the 3G Institute of Research and Policy Studies, where they gained practical knowledge in computer vision and image processing. During this internship, they built a home security system surveillance and worked on creating a regression-based model for housing based on financial wellbeing.

In 2020, Kevin worked as a Machine Learning Intern at Spritle Software. Kevin successfully implemented data handling projects and improved productivity by 57%. Kevin also played a significant role in cleaning and handling live CCTV data, using YOLOv4 models to service international clients.

In 2021, Kevin joined Capgemini as a Data Scientist. As part of the Millennial Garage team, they created use cases for problem statements related to a healthcare insurance recommendation engine for employees. Kevin led a team of five on a project focused on worker attrition factors and developed an ML model to recommend healthcare insurance plans based on employees' needs and benefits.

Since 2023, Kevin has been working at Stralto, Inc. as a Software Analyst. Their responsibilities include developing and implementing workflow solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, specifically Power Automate, for the company's flagship product, Civicare. Kevin collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design user-friendly interfaces, and integrate Power Automate flows into the development pipeline, resulting in enhanced productivity and improved user experience.

Kevin Paul completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology at the College of Engineering, Guindy from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they attended Chettinad Vidyashram from 2003 to 2018, where they focused on Computer Science but did not obtain a specific degree. Currently, Kevin is pursuing a Master of Science degree in Computer Science at Rutgers University–New Brunswick, which they started in 2022 and is expected to complete in 2024.

In terms of additional certifications, Kevin obtained the certification in Neural Network and Deep Learning from DeepLearning.AI in July 2022. Kevin also holds certifications in Agile Software Development from the University of Minnesota and in What is Data Science from IBM, both obtained in July 2021. Finally, Kevin completed the Tableau 2020 A-Z: Hands-On Tableau Training for Data Science course from Udemy in January 2021.
