Chad Celestin is an experienced professional in the fields of business analytics and industrial engineering. As the Director of Business Analytics at SVT.LLC since May 2010, Chad established the company's first Analytics Department, developed specifications for a Data Warehouse, and created scorecards for Store Directors and Department Managers. Previously, Chad served as an Industrial Engineer, where an Internship Program for mentoring engineering students was created, and significant cost reductions in shrink were achieved through statistical analysis. Additionally, Chad has been a Professor at Purdue University Calumet since August 2011, teaching courses including Lean Six Sigma and Employment Law. Prior roles at SVT.LLC from 1995 to 2010 included positions such as Assistant Store Manager. Chad holds multiple degrees from Purdue University Northwest, including a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, along with certificates in Lean Six Sigma.
