Nicholas McConnell has held various roles in the healthcare industry. Nicholas started working at Signature Healthcare in 2018 as an Assistant-in-Training (AIT) and later became a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Nicholas worked at Signature Healthcare until October 2021. In November 2021, McConnell joined StoryPoint as an Executive Director and later transitioned to the role of Sales Director in February 2023.

Nicholas McConnell, LNHA, CDP completed their education at Kent State University from 2014 to 2018. Nicholas earned a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Nursing Home Administration.
