Irem Okmen has a diverse work experience starting from their intern role at Coca-Cola Bottling Company Turkey in 2008. Irem then worked as a Management Trainee at Radmed AÅŸe. In 2011, they became a Sales Management Trainee at Boston Business Concepts Inc. From 2012 to 2015, Irem worked as a Senior Associate, Audit at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, where they reviewed clients' financial accounts and performed global audit methodology. In 2015, they joined Radmed AÅŸe as a Strategic Planning and Reporting Specialist, where they conducted analysis, formulated strategies, and developed growth initiatives. Irem currently holds the position of Finance Manager at both Storyly and Interceptd, starting in 2020.

Irem Okmen completed their high school education at Ted Ankara College from 2001 to 2005 with a degree in High School. Irem then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Bilkent University, which they completed from 2005 to 2009. In 2010 and 2011, Irem attended Hult International Business School, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration degree. No field of study is specified for their MBA.
