Michael Grimm has a diverse work experience. Michael is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer and Founder of STORYD since June 2022. Prior to this, they founded Data Advantage in February 2022. From February 2021 to January 2022, they worked as the Chief Data Strategist at Calligo.

In 2011, they co-founded Decisive Data and held the roles of Chief Data Strategist from January 2017 to February 2021, and Chief Solution Officer from April 2011 to December 2016. At Decisive Data, they successfully built a consulting organization with five practices and managed a team of 65 consultants. Michael delivered exceptional outcomes to clients from 200 companies.

Before Decisive Data, they worked as a Technical Architect at Ignite Intelligence Solutions from June 2011 to August 2018. From September 2008 to June 2011, they served as a Business Intelligence Consultant at Virtual Institution Resources. Michael also worked as the VP of Product Development at YourSports for a brief period in 2007.

In 2005, they started their career at Essential Security Software, where they held multiple roles including Product Manager from September 2006 to May 2007, Marketing Specialist from May 2006 to August 2006, and Intern from August 2005 to May 2006. During their time at Essential Security Software, they played a crucial role in program management, product planning, and marketing activities. Michael also contributed to website optimization, content creation, and website maintenance.

Michael Grimm attended the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business from 2004 to 2006. During this time, they pursued a degree in Business with a focus on Finance and Marketing. Additionally, Michael has also been associated with the University of Washington, Bothell, where they studied Computer Software & Systems. The specific dates and degree obtained from the latter institution are unknown.
