Liz McCarty is a seasoned graphic designer currently serving as a Senior Graphic Designer at StoryCorps since June 2023. Liz is also the owner of Liz McCarty Design, a venture started in 2017. Previous experience includes the role of Associate Art Director at Sur La Table, where responsibilities encompassed brand standard enforcement, multi-channel campaign development, and mentorship of junior designers, along with a prior position as a Digital Designer focusing on creative digital campaigns. Earlier, Liz worked at Blackbird, contributing to packaging design, brand concepting, and product formulation. Liz McCarty holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Graphic Design from Seattle Central College.
