Lily Grace Wakelin has been in the workforce since 2012. Her first role was as a Midwife Intern at Clinique Saint Pierre. Lily Grace then moved on to a Midwife Intern role at Cliniques Universitaires Saint-Luc in 2013. Also in 2013, they took on the role of Secretarial HR Assistant at HeidelbergCement. In 2019, they worked as a Psychology Intern at De Rotonde, Mentaal Beter, and Patrice Van de Walle (Gestalt Therapist). From 2013 to 2021, they were Store Manager and Sales at Klaus Duffy Boutique. In 2021, they began working at Nalys as a Technical Coordinator Software Engineering and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Lily Grace also works at StoryChief as an HR Manager and Customer Success Manager.

Lily Grace Wakelin began their educational journey in 2012 at Haute Ecole 'Léonard de Vinci' in Bruxelles, where they completed a degree in Midwifery. From 2015 to 2019, they attended The Open University and earned a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours degree). Lily Grace then went on to Queen Mary University of London and obtained a Master of Science in Mental Health and Psychological Therapies in 2020.
