Rose Akoth is a Technical Support Engineer II at Storyblok since December 2021, responsible for managing customer support inquiries and ensuring high-quality responses. Prior experience includes serving as an Application Support Engineer at the Kenya Revenue Authority, where Rose contributed to the development and enhancement of the iTax system using Java Spring framework and PostgreSQL. Additional experience includes a role as a Software Developer at EldoHub, creating a website for a local entrepreneur and implementing required functionalities. Rose began an IT career as an intern at the US Army Medical Research Directorate in Kenya, focusing on troubleshooting and user support. Academically, Rose holds a Bachelor's level diploma in Front-end Development from OpenClassrooms and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Masinde Muliro University, complemented by participation in the Google Africa Developers Scholarship program.
