Phillip Powell has extensive experience in the construction and development sector, currently serving as the Head of Technical at Story Homes since May 2018, after holding several key roles including Pre Technical Manager, Engineering Manager, and Senior Engineer. Prior to this, Phillip worked as a Development Engineer at COUNTRYSIDE PROPERTIES (UK) LIMITED and Morris Homes Ltd., and served as a Senior Engineer at Morris Homes Ltd. and a Development Engineer at COUNTRYSIDE PROPERTIES (UK) LIMITED. Additionally, Phillip gained valuable experience as a Design Engineer at Persimmon Homes and as a Development Engineer at Arley Homes NW Ltd from 2006 to 2013.
