Kris Pruismann, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced professional in human resources and business management. Currently serving as the Employee Resources Manager at Story Construction since March 2019, Kris also operates as a Business Owner for KAP Properties, LLC and 1st Call Property Clean-up and Waste Removal, focusing on single-family rental homes and property investment. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources and Training at Facilities Planning and Management, Iowa State University, from July 2001 to March 2019, and as VP of Operations at Jim Dandy Office Solutions for a brief period in 2001. Kris's career began as Human Resources Director at Heartland Pork Enterprises from February 1995 to September 2000. Educational qualifications include a diploma in Business Office from Hawkeye Community College obtained between 1984 and 1985.
