Hayden Lee is the Head of Operations at StormX. Prior to joining StormX, Hayden was a Policy Implementation Manager at TikTok from September 2020 to May 2022. In this role, Hayden led internal operations process improvement projects for vendor management, product and policy implementation. Hayden has also worked as a consultant on a contract / project-based basis from January 2010 to December 2019.

Hayden Lee has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Georgetown University in Strategy and Marketing, a Bachelor of Science - BS from Penn State University in Mathematics and Applied Statistics, and a Bachelor of Science - BS from Penn State University in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics.

They work with Abigail Fortun - Admin Assistant, Alex Hidalgo - Product Manager, and Ollie Brown - Designer. Hayden Lee reports to Simon Yu, CEO and Co-Founder.
