Alon J Adelson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They began their career in 2001 as a Technician Certification Instructor for the Israeli Defence Forces. In 2005, they joined Yerushalmi Bros. as a Senior Account Manager, responsible for sales and customer service for over 50 clients. They also worked as an Instructor for the Krav Maga Federation in 2009. Later, in 2019, they became the Production Director at Yerushalmi Bros. Diamonds Ltd., a prominent sight holder in the diamond industry. Alon's most recent role is as a Manager of Customer Success at Stork, starting in April 2022.

In 1999, Alon attended ORT REHOVOT, where they pursued a degree in Practical Engineering in Electronics specializing in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician. Alon J completed their studies in 2001.
In the same year, Alon joined the Israeli Defense Forces-School for Computerization, Communication, and Cyber Protection. There, they obtained a degree in Advanced Computer System Technician, specializing in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.
Alon also received an Instructor Certification from the Israeli Defense Force-School for Computerization, Communication, and Cyber Protection in 2001.
In 2007, Alon enrolled in Krav Maga Federation and became a certified instructor in the martial art.
Alon later pursued further education in web development. In 2013, they attended General Assembly and obtained a degree in Front-End Web Development.
In 2018, Alon studied at Fullstack Academy, where they earned a degree as a Fullstack Developer with a specialization in JavaScript.
Additionally, Alon has obtained several certifications. In July 2013, they received a certification in Front-end Web Developer from General Assembly. In July 2018, they obtained a FullStack developer certification from Fullstack Academy of Code. Furthermore, Alon earned various certifications such as AWS Machine Learning Foundations from Udacity in November 2022, and Software Processes and Agile Practices, Agile Planning for Software Products, Client Needs and Software Requirements, and Introduction to Software Product Management from Coursera in March 2022.
