Juan V. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Their most recent role was as the VP of Payment Network at Stori, where they played a key role in managing the company's payment network. Prior to that, they served as the Head Core & Processing at the same company. Before joining Stori, Juan worked at Consubanco, S.A., I.B.M. as the Gerente de Operaciones TDC - TDD, where they supervised and directed various areas including Personalizaci贸n y Env铆o de Tarjetas and Prevenci贸n de Fraudes. Juan also worked at Corporativo Bimbo for a brief period in a project-based role. Prior to that, they were associated with Banco Compartamos, where they served as a L铆der de Implementaci贸n de Proyectos - Yast谩s and L铆der de Implementaci贸n Cajeros Autom谩ticos. Juan also held the position of L铆der de Proyecto Compensaci贸n y Liquidaci贸n. Juan started their career at HSBC Mexico as an Analista de Tarjetas and later worked at Banco F谩cil as an Especialista de CECOBAN and Analista de Personalizaci贸n y Env铆o.

Juan V. earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from the Instituto Tecnol贸gico Aut贸nomo de M茅xico in 2012-2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Maestr铆a en Finanzas (Master's degree in Finance) from the Universidad del Valle de M茅xico from 2006-2009. Juan also holds a Licenciatura en Administraci贸n (Bachelor's degree in Administration) from the same institution, earned from 2001-2005. In addition to their formal education, Juan has obtained several certifications, including "Fundamentos de Design Thinking" from LinkedIn in 2021, "Subsistence Marketplaces" from Coursera in 2014, and "Economics of Money and Banking, Part Two" from Coursera in 2013.
