Gregory Chang is an accomplished sales and customer experience leader with extensive experience at StoreHub since March 2014. In the roles of Head of Sales and Customer Experience, Gregory successfully grew the customer base from 0 to 15,000, establishing a robust sales engine that acquired thousands of new customers monthly. Prior to this, as Regional Sales Manager, Gregory developed a sales strategy that facilitated repeatable revenue and scalable growth through an optimized sales funnel. Gregory's background includes a role as a Cultural Orientation Trainer at the International Rescue Committee, where 500 workshops were conducted for refugees. Earlier experience at Standard Chartered Bank involved significant contributions as a Project Manager, achieving 21% cost savings through process improvements, and participation in a prestigious international graduate management trainee program. Gregory holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney.
