Mikko Hietanen is a seasoned professional in the paper and board industry, currently serving as Strategic Development Manager at Stora Enso since September 2012, where responsibilities include long-term development and investment planning for the Imatra Mills. Prior to this role, Mikko held several production management positions at Metsä Board from September 2005 to March 2012, overseeing production efficiency, quality, and personnel across multiple operations including pulp and board production. Mikko's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management and a Master of Science in Paper Technology, both obtained from LUT University.
