David Mansdoerfer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public policy and health management. Currently serves as a Board Member for Stop Scams Alliance and the Community Engagement & Opportunity Council, focusing on scam reduction and youth opportunities, respectively. As a Partner at Statecraft - Texas Government Affairs, David aids organizations in navigating complex political and regulatory issues. An Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine University School of Public Policy, David teaches Health Policy & Politics. Previous roles include Deputy Assistant Secretary for Health at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Deputy Chief of Staff in the California State Senate, and various leadership positions in local government. David holds a Master of Public Policy from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Vanguard University of Southern California.
