Mohsen Bannazadeh, MD, FACS, FSVS, RPVI, currently serves as the Director of Aortic Surgery and Associate Program Director for Vascular Surgery Residency and Fellowship at Northwell Health since May 2022. Additionally, Mohsen holds the position of Associate Professor at the Donald & Barbara Zucker School of Medicine. Prior experience includes Program Director of Vascular Surgery Fellowship at Stony Brook Medicine and Associate Professor of Surgery at Stony Brook University from May 2021 to April 2022, where Mohsen also directed Peripheral Intervention and served as Site Director for Vascular Surgery at Long Island Community Hospital. Earlier roles include a Vascular Surgery Fellowship at Mount Sinai Health System and key residency positions at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine, including Chief Resident in General Surgery. Mohsen started a postdoctoral research fellowship at Cleveland Clinic in January 2007.
