Lamont Foster is an accomplished Recruiting Partner at Goodwin Recruiting since August 2022, specializing in contingent and retained recruiting for various positions across the United States. Prior to this role, Lamont served as a Recruiter at CareerStaff Unlimited, where responsibilities included developing recruiting strategies, managing the hiring process, and onboarding new hires.
