Scott Boylan is currently a Partner at StoneTurn. Scott has held various legal positions at companies such as MorphoTrust USA (SafranGroup), Morpho Detection, Inc., and General Electric, GE Security. Scott has also served as a Senior Advisor to the Secretary at the Department of Homeland Security.

Scott is a highly effective communicator in both the spoken and written word. Scott is known for their ability to brief, train, and inform employees, Board of Directors, and leading executives. Scott has successfully created and implemented international corporate strategies regarding litigation, cyber security, policy, compliance, and intellectual property.

At MorphoTrust USA (SafranGroup), Scott was recognized for their ability to engage in strategic business advising for Company leaders and the Board of Directors. Scott was also responsible for overseeing a high performing legal team and testified before Congress on important issues for the company.

Prior to their work at MorphoTrust USA (SafranGroup), Scott served as Vice President and General Counsel at Morpho Detection, Inc. from September 2009 to July 2011. During their time at Morpho Detection, Inc., Scott was responsible for leading the legal and government affairs functions of the company.

From January 2005 to November 2009, Scott worked as Senior Counsel and Director of Government Relations at General Electric, GE Security. In this role, they acted as a strategic business advisor to company leaders and the Board of Directors.

Scott began their career in February 2003 when they served as Senior Advisor to the Secretary at the Department of Homeland Security. In this role, they were responsible for advising the Secretary on homeland security issues and policies.

Scott Boylan has a LLM in International Law from Georgetown University Law Center, a JD in law and international law from Syracuse University College of Law, and a BA in Scott'story, Geology, Government, and Franklin & Marshall College. Scott also has a degree in Government and Scott'story from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen.
