Robert Brown serves as the Vice President of Asset Management at StoneRiver Company since August 2024, focusing on enhancing financial performance and investment returns for the company's real estate portfolio through collaboration with various departments. Previously, Robert held the role of Vice President of Asset Management at Capstone Development Partners, LLC from 2014 to August 2024, where leadership was provided for a large student housing portfolio. Experience also includes roles as Acquisitions Officer at BSR Trust, LLC, Associate at Multi Housing Advisors, LLC, Development Manager at Capstone Development Corp., and Vice President of Management and Leasing at New Water Street Corp. Robert holds a BA in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College and an MS in Real Estate from New York University.
