Nathalie Benassi is an experienced legal professional specializing in public and private construction and maintenance contracts. Currently serving as Responsable Juridique Groupe at ERI since August 2022, Nathalie oversees public and private tender processes. Previously, Nathalie held the position of Directeur juridique et assurances at VINCI ENVIRONNEMENT from January 2000 to February 2022, where responsibilities included management of legal teams, contract negotiation and drafting, and litigation management in relation to construction projects both in France and internationally. Nathalie's career began at VINCI from November 1989 to January 2000, focusing on real estate law, managing real estate portfolios, and handling various legal disputes. With a strong educational background including a Professional Certificate in Contract Management and degrees in Public Law and Anglo-Saxon Legal Studies from Université Paris-Est Créteil, Nathalie brings significant expertise in legal management within the construction sector.
