Michael Coogan is a seasoned professional in asset management and real estate analysis with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Asset Management at Stonemont Financial Group since August 2023, Michael previously held the position of Senior Real Estate Portfolio Analyst at Voya Investment Management, where management of a nationwide $1.4 billion portfolio of commercial real estate loans was a key responsibility. Prior roles include Director and Associate Director of Performing Asset Management at Trimont Real Estate Advisors, Senior Investment Analyst at Ackerman & Co., and Credit Analyst at Truxton Trust Company. Michael holds an MBA with a focus on Real Estate and Finance from Emory University - Goizueta Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in History with minors in Business and Economics from The University of the South.
