Teddi Nguyen Lydon currently serves as the Director of Intercultural Affairs at Stonehill College, a position held since August 2018, and has previously worked as Assistant Director for Mentorship & Advising and Administrative Assistant at the same institution. In addition, Teddi is the President and Co-Founder of Developing Gateways, a non-profit organization focused on supporting first-generation students seeking higher education to empower community change. Prior experience includes serving as a Teacher with Boston Public Schools from September 2000 to June 2008. Teddi holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UMass Boston.
