Steven King is a seasoned professional in advancement and development with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President for Advancement at Stonehill College since March 2023, Steven previously held the position of Senior Director of Development for the College of Business at the University of Rhode Island Foundation from 2017 to March 2023. Steven's career also includes roles such as Head Hockey Coach at Moses Brown School, Executive Director and Senior Banker at J.P. Morgan, and Senior Vice President for University Advancement at Brown University, among others. Notably, Steven boasts a competitive career as a professional athlete, playing for NHL teams, the New York Rangers and Anaheim Ducks, from 1991 to 2000. Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Behavior and Management from Brown University, earned between 1987 and 1991.
