Lily Krentzman is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and Title IX Coordinator at Stonehill College since 2017, Lily has also held positions such as Assistant Director of HR Operations at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution and Senior HR Partner at Berklee College of Music. Earlier in their career, Lily managed training and professional development at Stonehill College and contributed significantly to human resources at Copy Cop, Inc., developing training programs and managing HR functions. Lily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Salem State University.
