Kristine A. Din, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Intercultural Affairs at Stonehill College since July 2021. Previously, Kristine was a Research Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Boston, where contributions included co-authoring a paper on Whiteness in Higher Education and conducting qualitative studies on interim administrators. As the Senior Assistant Director of the Asian American Center at Northeastern University, Kristine coordinated peer mentoring programs and collaborated on social justice initiatives. Kristine’s early roles included positions as a Residence Hall Director at the University of Connecticut and Assistant Residence Director at the University of Vermont, focusing on student development and crisis management. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Higher Education from UMass Boston, an M.Ed in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of Vermont, and a B.S. in Molecular and Cell Biology and Sociology from the University of Connecticut.
