Juliana Chahoud is a seasoned professional in engineering leadership with extensive experience in the fintech sector and technology development. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at Stone, Juliana leads technological innovation for a platform with over 3.3 million users across Latin America. Previously held the position of Vice President of Engineering at Creditas, overseeing a global team of more than 400 engineers, and has held various director-level roles focusing on customer journey and mobile platforms. Other notable positions include Account Technical Principal at Thoughtworks, where Juliana managed large teams for key clients, and roles at Twitter, Movile, and Grupo ZAP, contributing to significant projects and applications. Juliana holds a Master's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence from USP and has taught as an MBA professor at FIAP.
