Cauê Madruga Alves is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in DevOps and infrastructure management. Currently serving as a Squad Leader at Stone since June 2021, Cauê manages and develops an SRE/DevOps Core team while actively participating in troubleshooting, on-call support, and war room activities. Previously, Cauê held various leadership and engineering roles at SIKUR as a DevOps Engineer Leader, Corteva Agriscience as an Automation MFG IT Specialist, and SINAX as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer. Expertise includes large-scale cloud-based systems management using platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP, alongside proficiency in Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code. Cauê has also contributed to the DevOps culture since 2009 and holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Systems Management from Faculdade de Tecnologia Opet and a degree in Computer Science from Universidade Tuiuti do Paraná.
