Jenny Fortner has extensive experience in custodial and customer service roles, currently serving as a Store Clerk at Stone Mountain Park since November 2018 and as a Maintenance/Custodian at Lanier Parking Solutions since March 2017. Previous positions include custodial work at Dekalb Elementary School of the Arts and the Dekalb County School System, performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as attending safety meetings. Jenny also held custodial roles at Dunwoody High School and Stone Mountain Park, where responsibilities included cleaning restrooms and ensuring facility cleanliness. Additionally, Jenny led a team as Lead-Park Imaging at Stone Mountain Park, focusing on guest experience and team training. Early career experience includes serving as a Volunteer Recruiting Coordinator for Express Employment Professionals, engaging with business leaders to raise funds for The Muscular Dystrophy Association. Jenny holds a high school diploma from Sequoyah High School, earned in 1981, with a focus on Customer Service Management.
