Brian Berger has several years of work experience in compliance roles in the financial industry. Brian currently works at Stone Harbor Investment Partners as a Senior Compliance Officer, where they oversee the investment guideline team and is responsible for contract analysis, restriction coding, implementation, and monitoring. Brian also conducts client presentations, performs compliance certifications, and assists with compliance program management. Brian is proficient in mutual fund compliance monitoring and analysis. Prior to their current role, Brian also worked as a Vice President / Compliance Analyst at Citigroup Asset Management and as a Consultant at Thomson Financial. Brian also has experience as the Co-President and CFO of Sugarspun Records, Inc.

Brian Berger attended Huntington High School from 1991 to 1995. Later, from 1995 to 1999, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Duke University.
