Luz Elena Rodriguez has extensive experience in operations and customer success management, currently serving as Customer Success Manager and Operations Manager for Brazil, Chile, and Peru at Stolt-Nielsen Limited since June 2013. In these roles, Luz Elena is responsible for strategic planning to optimize team performance and achieve global key performance indicators for exports and imports, overseeing a team of 11 individuals. Prior to this, Luz Elena held the position of Operations Supervisor for Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Panama, and Costa Rica, focusing on customer relationships and shipment assignments.
