Benjamin Howe has a diverse work experience in the wine industry. Benjamin began their career as an Electronic Technician at Garmin International and VersaLogic Corporation before transitioning to laboratory research roles at Hewlett-Packard. In 2006, they worked as a Research Winery Intern at E. & J. Gallo Winery. Benjamin then entered the wine industry, starting as a Harvest Cellar Hand at Whitehaven Wines in 2007. Benjamin also had a Harvest Internship at King Estate Winery that same year. Benjamin's focus on winemaking grew, and they became the Oenologue at Grover Vineyards Ltd in 2008. Benjamin later joined King Estate Winery as the Director of Winemaking and eventually became the Vice President of Operations. In 2017, they became the Winemaker at Stoller Family Estate. Currently, Benjamin holds the position of Vice President of Winemaking at Stoller Wine Group, where they oversee winemaking operations and manages the operations budget.
Benjamin Howe attended Northeast Community College from 1998 to 2000, where they earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Electronics Technology. From 2002 to 2006, they attended Oregon State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Fermentation Science.
