Andy Piro is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology and gaming industries. Currently serving as Director of Engineering and previously as Software Development Manager at Stoic since January 2021, Piro has held prominent roles including VP of Engineering at Pluto VR and Franchise Technical Director at Electronic Arts from 2012 to 2014. Early career experience includes positions at PopCap Games as Senior Software Engineer and Development Manager, Catalysis Corporation as Web Application Developer, and founding Hypercluster LLC, where Piro was CEO. Additional roles include interim Engineering Manager at Getty Images and Engineering Manager at Visual Communications Group, following a tenure as Webmaster and Multimedia Programmer at DiAMAR Interactive. Piro holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics from Cornell University, obtained in 1996.
