Sebastian was an Investor and Executive Director at BFP from 2014 to 2016 and a Private Equity Investor and Entrepreneur at Zimt Partners from 2013 to 2016. Sebastian served as a Senior Adviser at Sporting Group from 2013 to 2014. Sebastian's experience also includes working as an Associate Director at HgCapital from 2012 to 2013, a Principal at GMT Communications Partners from 2005 to 2012, and a Senior Analyst at Merrill Lynch from 2003 to 2005. Sebastian started their career as a Summer Analyst at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. in 2002.

Sebastian Sipp obtained their Master's Degree in Business Administration from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht from 1999 to 2003. In 2002, they briefly studied International Finance (MBA track) at the University of Melbourne. In 2001, they also studied Business Administration and Management, General at UADE.
