Wade Jones is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as the Senior Global Director of CRM Marketing at StockX since July 2021, where responsibilities include enhancing customer retention and engagement for nearly 20 million users through various communication channels and overseeing a global team. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Customer Relationship Management and Customer Insights at Aaron's, Inc., leading customer contact strategies for a lease-to-own retailer, and as VP of Marketing and Merchandising at CafePress Inc., where Wade played a key role in the company's turnaround.
