Pooja Saraf has a robust background in talent acquisition and people experience, currently serving as the Head of People Experience and Talent Acquisition for India at StockX. Pooja simultaneously holds the position of Presiding Officer for the ICC in India and co-leads the Women@StockX Employee Resource Group. Previously, Pooja worked as a Recruiting Site Leader at Tala, a Talent Acquisition Leader at Amazon, and a TA Site Lead at Volvo Group. Pooja began the talent acquisition career as a recruiter at NetApp. Pooja earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services from XLRI Jamshedpur and holds an MHRM from Annamalai University.
