Ricky Gill is a distinguished professional currently serving as Principal and General Counsel at Gill Capital Group, LLC since September 2021. In addition to this role, Ricky is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations since June 2023, where participation involves discussions on critical geopolitical issues. From December 2022, Ricky has acted as a Policy Advisor for TC Energy, focusing on energy security in Europe and Asia, while also advising corporate leadership on international affairs. Ricky serves on the San Joaquin County Aviation Advisory Committee at Stockton Metropolitan Airport since September 2022. Previously, Ricky held key positions including Director for Russia and European Energy Security at the National Security Council and Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of State. Ricky's early career includes membership on the California State Board of Education. Ricky holds an AB from Princeton University and a JD from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law.
