Karen Lawson is an experienced communication and change management professional with a comprehensive background in developing and implementing communication strategies across various sectors. Currently serving as Communication & QA Manager at Westpac since March 2014, Karen has also held significant roles at Stockland as Change Manager, IT, where a focus on behavioral change strategies supported major IT transformation initiatives. Previous positions include Communication Lead for the Corporate & Shared Services Reform Program at the NSW Department of Finance & Services, Communication Manager at Zurich Financial Services Australia, and Head of Transformation Communication at Lend Lease, among others. With a Master's degree in Communication Management from the University of Technology Sydney, Karen has developed expertise in facilitating effective change communication and managing internal communications for organizations such as AMP and Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
