Pernilla Persson has a diverse work experience starting from 2002. Pernilla has held roles in various companies such as IKEA, Reitan Convenience, Stockfleth AS, and Kronans Apotek. Their roles have included positions such as CEO/Administrative Director, Regional Manager/Area Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Project Leader/Internal Consultant, Senior Project Manager, and Concept Development Manager. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for operational and financial aspects of the business, including budgets, quality control, profit and loss statements, hiring, and training. Pernilla has also focused on business management and improving the quality standards of stores and customer service.

Pernilla Persson attended Umeå University from 1991 to 1995, where they pursued a degree in Economics with a specialization in Marketing.
