Jodi Gross, PHR, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Stockbridge since July 2022. Previously, Jodi held positions in Human Resources at BNY Mellon and CAPE CORAL ANIMAL SHELTER CORPORATION, where responsibilities included implementing HR procedures and managing various shelter programs. Jodi's extensive experience includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at PGIM Real Estate, overseeing HR support for a large employee base, and working as a People Consultant at Ernst & Young, where Jodi advised on employee relations and developed training programs. Early career roles included recruiter at NorthStar Realty Finance Corp and Performance Management Manager at Ernst & Young. Jodi earned a BS in Accounting from Ithaca College.
