Jan's earlier career included significant roles at Procter & Gamble, where responsibilities spanned distributor operations and sales management, earning recognition as the Best P&G Manager of Central Europe. With a Master's degree in Business from Prague University of Economics and additional studies at The University of Queensland, Jan combines educational expertise with a robust track record in strategic management and marketing within competitive markets.
