Vikas Garg currently serves as the Head of Operations at Sterlite Technologies, focusing on managing operations for the Kakinada Smart City project, overseeing operational excellence, customer experience, and account management since September 2017. Vikas has extensive experience in leading multi-million global products and projects, working closely with product owners for market research and strategic initiatives. Prior experience includes holding the position of Associate General Manager at Videocon Telecommunications Ltd, where Vikas led IoT and Smart City projects, and roles at Belgacom as a Network Consultant, Nokia Siemens Networks as a Senior Network Engineer, and Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited as a JTO. Vikas holds an MBA in HR and a B Tech in Electronics and Communications from Maharshi Dayanand University.
