Nick Akers is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in the technology and chemical sectors. Currently serving as President and CEO of STL Communications, Inc., Nick leads a company specializing in voice, networking, storage, and managed services since acquiring it in May 2023. As CEO of FHT Capital since December 2021, Nick oversees a family office focused on acquiring IT Managed Services companies. Prior to these roles, Nick held interim CEO positions at VC-backed startups in the biotechnology sector and served as Managing Director at Jost Chemical Co. Nick's entrepreneurial journey began with the founding of Akermin, Inc., where innovative enzyme solutions were developed. Nick holds both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Saint Louis University.
