John-Paul Warszewski is a seasoned expert in strategic advisory roles, currently serving as the Director and Founder of Fulcrum Advisers Limited since July 2016, where advisory services focus on ownership changes, mergers and acquisitions, and fund raising in Western and Central & Eastern Europe. Warszewski also provides insights on renewable assets as a Senior Adviser at Impax Asset Management and engages in transaction origination at STJ Advisors and as a Member of the Advisory Group at SPEAR Investments I. With a robust background at Nomura, including managing directorial roles and senior advisory positions, Warszewski has substantial experience in investment banking across the Central and Eastern European regions. Additionally, Warszewski has contributed to public service advisory roles, such as the Investment Advisory Council to the Minister of Economy of Lithuania, and holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Birmingham, complemented by an FT Non-Executive Director Diploma in Corporate Governance.
