John M. Stiver, P.E. serves as the Secretary and Executive Board Member for the Houston Contractors Association since December 2023, following a previous tenure as a Board Member from January 2020 to December 2022. With over 17 years of experience as President of Stiver Engineering, Inc., John specializes in preparing engineering reports, design plans, and specifications for a variety of projects, including hydraulic, mechanical, and structural design of civil engineering facilities. Additionally, John is skilled in project management, construction supervision, and site development for both industrial and commercial projects. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University.
