Thibault Drouin has held multiple roles in various companies. Thibault started working at MS-Industrie in April 2020 as a design intern. Thibault later became an Engineer in Mechanical Design and Junior Project Manager, working there until September 2021. In October 2021, Thibault joined Coretec group as a Mechanical Design Engineer. Thibault then moved to École normale supérieure de Rennes in November 2021 as a Mechanical Studies Engineer. Currently, Thibault is working as an FSW Prototyping Engineer at STIRWELD since January 2023.

Thibault Drouin studied at INSA Rennes from 2015 to 2020, where they obtained their degree in Génie Mécanique et Automatique. Their field of study at INSA Rennes was also Génie Mécanique et Automatique. In 2019, they briefly attended the Technical University of Munich, though no degree or specific field of study information is provided. Thibault Drouin also holds a certification in TOEIC with a score of 985, which they obtained in April 2019 from The TOEIC® Program.
