Jonathan D. serves as a Non-Resident Fellow at The Stimson Center, leveraging over 20 years of operational and tactical experience in defense, national security, and foreign policy. Currently holding the position of Executive Assistant to the Director of Air Warfare at the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, Jonathan is responsible for coordinating significant military resources within a $250 billion Future Year's Defense Plan. As President of MIDN First Coast, LLC, Jonathan focuses on providing affordable housing solutions, while a distinguished Naval Aviator, Jonathan holds multiple leadership roles, including Commanding Officer of HSC-12. Jonathan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Business Administration from the Naval Postgraduate School, alongside various professional certifications in military leadership and operations.
