Denise Webber serves as the President/Chief Executive Officer at Stillwater Medical Center, a 117 bed, public-trust acute care hospital in Stillwater, Oklahoma. The hospital and its over 30 satellite facilities employ nearly 1400 employees and 100 plus physicians in rural North Central Oklahoma. Webber has been with SMC for 16 years. During her time in the medical center's administration, Stillwater has seen improved performance in employee satisfaction and engagement through the development and implementation of a service-oriented culture. Ms. Webber successfully spearheaded the acquisition of a 22-physician clinic practice in just six months and helped Stillwater Medical Center acquire a competitive Ambulatory Surgery Center which led to a 5 percent net revenue growth. She originally joined SMC in May 2003 as an Administrative Fellow and then promoted to Director of Physician Practice Management in 2004. She was promoted to the Senior Leadership team in 2006 and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer and subsequently appointed as the President/Chief Executive Officer in 2016. Ms. Webber received two degrees from Oklahoma State University, a Bachelor of Sports Medicine and a Master of Health Care Administration, and is a Board Certified Fellow of the American College of Health Care Executives. She is also a 2011 Leadership Stillwater graduate.
