Letícia Noronha Oliveira has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Letícia started their career as a Bolsista de Iniciação Científica at the Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto in 2015. Letícia then worked as a Monitora at the same university in 2016, where they assisted and supported students in their academic activities.

In 2017, Letícia joined the Instituto Miguel Fernandes Tôrres as an Educadora Social and later became a volunteer. Letícia provided social education and support to individuals in need during their time there.

In 2017, they also began working at Hermes Pardini, initially as an Assistant Administrative, and later as an Analyst in Planning. In their role, Letícia was responsible for preparing and monitoring management reports, financial indicators, and expenses. Letícia also managed contracts and conducted financial analysis.

From 2020 to 2022, Letícia worked at Stilingue as an Analyst in Sales Operations and then transitioned to the role of Analyst in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). In these positions, they played a key role in optimizing sales operations and assisting in financial planning and analysis activities.

Currently, Letícia is working at Take Blip as an Analyst in Revenue Ops. Letícia joined the company in 2023.

Letícia Noronha Oliveira pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 2012 to 2016, they attended UFOP - Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Ciências Econômicas (Economics). Later, from 2021 to 2023, they enrolled at PUC Minas to pursue a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu - Especialização (Postgraduate Lato Sensu - Specialization) in Analytics e Business Intelligence. Letícia'sfield of study throughout their education has been primarily focused on Economics, with a specialization in Analytics e Business Intelligence more recently.
